About Me

I am a fully qualified integrative therapist, based in Liverpool, working across the UK remotely.

Spending most of my adult life working to enhance the wellbeing and mental health of individuals across the UK, I understand first-hand how impactful the right support can be to each of us. The reason I know this? Because the right support changed my life too. It helped me sort through a lifetimes-worth of feelings and experiences, shaping me into the person I am today, and inspired me to build a career helping others.

The life experiences I’ve lived are very varied; far too many to write on a single webpage, but includes many complex life challenges and traumas that had profound impacts upon me. I never had the right tools to make sense of my experiences, or healthy coping strategies in place to manage the feelings I carried around, but accessing support changed that for me. That’s why I believe the right support, at the right time, can help us evolve.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve developed wealth of experience working with diverse communities and supporting people with issues ranging from birth, bereavement, employment, relationships and much more. This has been in a multitude of contexts, both locally and nationally, supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our society.

Over the course of my career I have worked with a range of clients including those engaged with community mental health services, individuals fleeing war-zones, homeless communities, those with substance misuse difficulties and those engaged with the criminal justice system. I have extensively worked with young adults and those struggling with common and complex mental health difficulties.

I welcome you to enquire about your specific problem you’re facing, and be assured there’s no pressure of commitment in doing so.

I believe we’re forever growing, changing and learning…

…as long as we’re open to it.
